Prior to establishing Weyward Competition, Dr. Williamson served as Head of Unit for Antitrust Investigations and Competition Intelligence at a national a competition authority, and later as a competition specialist for a Tier 1 corporate law firm. Her approach is informed not only by deep technical expertise but by direct operational experience, having also held the role of Compliance Officer with a Premiership rugby club, and having assisted a number of Championship rugby clubs on bespoke competition and governance matters.

Her work on the role of competition law within professional sports has been cited in the UK Parliament and reflects her commitment to thought leadership at the highest level.
Weyward Competition partners with ambitious, brand-led organisations to turn compliance into a strategic asset, elevating operational confidence while safeguarding long-term value.
